Our designs are thoughtfully conceived in New York City, where we merge refined minimalism with emotional meaning. Each piece is then expertly handcrafted by artisans in Athens, Greece, using time-honored techniques and ethically sourced materials.

Delivery time depends on where you are and the type of piece you ordered:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)
  • Made-to-order or customized items: Add 7–14 business days for production before shipping

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re received to ensure prompt delivery, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. That said, reach out to info@ammalabel.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.

Yes, all ÁMMA pieces are designed in New York and handcrafted by artisans using ethically sourced materials. Because each piece is made in small batches, slight variations may occur, that’s part of the beauty.

Currently, we are online-only, but we occasionally host pop-up events and private appointments in New York City. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for announcements.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item(s) in their original condition for a full refund.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

● In new, unworn condition

●  In the original packaging, with all
components included

● Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
