1. Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We proudly ship from New York City, and offer domestic and international delivery. ÁMMA currently ships to most countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether your location is eligible, feel free to reach out to us at (ENTER EMAIL HERE) before placing your order.

Please note: Certain remote or restricted destinations may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or local regulations.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing window of 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During this time, your piece is carefully inspected, hand-packed, and prepared for shipment.

  1. Ready-to-ship items: Typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  2. Made-to-order or personalized pieces: Please allow up to 7–14 business days before dispatch, depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery estimates vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout:

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

  1. Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  2. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  3. Overnight (Next business day, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST)

International Shipping:

  1. Standard International (10–20 business days, depending on destination)
  2. Expedited International (5–10 business days, if available)

Please note that shipping timelines do not include customs clearance for international orders, which may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, preferred method, and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within the U.S. — keep an eye out for these via our newsletter or homepage banner.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local governments. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping total and may be due upon delivery.

Unfortunately, ÁMMA has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at (ENTER EMAIL HERE) within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery window.

We’ll work with our carriers to investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund based on the findings.

Pro tip: Always inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is evident, snap a few photos and email them with your claim.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items under the guidelines below.

Return Window

You may return your eligible purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In its original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, etc.)
  3. Free from damage, customization, or alteration

To initiate a return, please contact us at (ENTER EMAIL HERE) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and issue a return label, if applicable.

Ineligible Items

Due to the handcrafted and often personalized nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Personalized or engraved pieces
  2. Custom-designed jewelry
  3. Gift cards or digital products
  4. Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or style? Eligible items may be exchanged once within the 30-day return window, subject to inventory availability.

Exchanges for higher-priced items will require payment of the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll issue the balance as store credit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If the item is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement.

If your return is rejected (e.g., signs of wear, missing packaging), we will contact you directly to discuss alternative solutions.

Return Shipping Fees

  1. Domestic returns (U.S.): We offer free return shipping on eligible items returned within the 30-day window.
  2. International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duties.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defect).
